Pray for all who are in Care

Many of our faithful warriors in our church fellowship now reside in residential /nursing care. They are often prayed for and their families. We know too well that these dear folk are always precious to God and that its never easy for a family when their loved ones move into care. Thank-you, on their behalf, to all who pray and to all who visit them.

Anna Fraser
Anna is the wife of the late Victor Fraser and the sister of the late Norah Reid. She has been a very faithful member to the work since its inception in 1983. Anna is a resident in Fairhill Care Centre for many years.

Tommy Hopper
Tommy has been a permanent resident in Drapersfield Nursing Home since May 2008. When holding our early morning prayer meetings recently our thoughts often turn to Tommy's faithfulness. He was often waiting for the door to open at such an early hour. Tommy keeps in good spirits and always appreciates those who take the time out to visit him.

Stanley Reid
We are thrilled that our dear friend Stanley has been able to return to the prayer meeting over these past few months. Stanley is now resident in Westlands Care Centre in Cookstown. In the midst of his disability Stanley has proved that the Lord is always faithful regardless of the changing circumstances of life.

Thelma Allen
Thelma is also a resident for some years in Westland Care Centre. It was just this year that her dear husband Sammy went to be with the Lord

Violet Stewart
Violet is the wife of the late Willie Stewart and mother of Hilary Black. We all greatly miss her from the fellowship since she became a resident in Corkhill Care Centre. Violet and her family always appreciate your prayers.

Kathleen Lees
Miss Lees was seldom absent from our evening service until a few months ago when she took a stroke. She has made a remarkable recovery which we thank God for. She is now residing in Corkhill Care Centre.

George and Jean Glasgow
Both George and Jean have been resident in Ballyroan Care Centre for a number of years now. George celebrates his 90th birthday on 13th October.

Marion and Lyndsey Cotton
We have had a lot of contact with Marion and Lyndeay for well over 20 years. Although never able to be present with us in the services they were very faithful supporters of our fellowship. Both have been living in Drapersfield Care Centre for quite a number of years. Lyndsey now attends the adult centre in Cookstown.

Olive Anderson
Olive is sister of Eileen Young and the late John Anderson. She moved recently to live in Castledawson Care Centre. It is always a delight to hear Olive repeat Psalm 23 when I visit her.

Dorothy Glendinning
Dorothy is the wife of the late Joe Glendinning. It was shortly after they started to attend the fellowship that Joe very definitely found Christ as his Saviour. Dorothy, a few years after Joe's homecall went to live in Benburb Care Centre.

Do remember in prayer those who are still living at home but, are no longer able to meet with us in our services. May both them and their carers know real strength in perhaps difficult situations.
